Home care cuts a dash with e-learning programmes
Fources often solves complicated training issues, such as for a large home-care organisation. The organisation had a number of requests – develop and organise training programmes in the area of ergonomic working methods, ensure that the organisation compares positively with colleague organisations, and solve the problems associated with the enormous range of starting levels of the participants. Fources knew what to do.
Complex request
In reality the request was even more complex, as we needed to work on the new image of an innovative service provider during the implementation. Fources also needed to take account of the relatively high average age of the target group, which was a little difficult in relation to wishing to present yourself as innovative. In short, the client had an ambitious set of requirements with a few tricky preconditions.

Tailored solution
Fources opted for a solution where e-learning played a key role – but set up in a way that was sufficiently user friendly for this specific target group. E-learning enabled the participants to complete the programme at a time and place that suited them. Fources made the programme very accessible, and this enabled almost all participants to complete the learning programmes without major obstacles. The learning programme was completed with a test that participants could take on their own computer, and 95% of participants received a certificate to honour their participation in the programme. The training effort produced excellent publicity for the organisation, particularly amongst colleague organisation.
