Fources helps organisations develop their professional training function. We mainly work for organisations with many and/or challenging training issues. These organisations are convinced that constantly improving the knowledge and skills of their people provides a major contribution to their organisational goals.

Mission

More specifically, this means that Fources helps organisations to optimally implement their HRD programme(s). In this case optimally means: a professional, streamlined approach of the internal training function.

Fources bases its approach on the following principles:

• excellent quality of the training programmes offered

History

Fources developed from KPN Trainingen. Fources not only focuses on KPN but also many other companies. Fources mainly provides services to large power companies, business service providers, government authorities and the care sector.

After its privatisation, Fources expanded its programme and services to focus on a market which – with regard to the training function – chiefly appeared interested in process control, cost savings and outsourcing the ‘cares’ which the training function sometimes involves.
